Run With Your Dog

Wednesday is the dog-friendly run. If you fancy running with your dog and meeting other local runners, come along.

It's a great way for your dog to socialise. We do all kinds of runs, from a quick canicross type 5km race to a steady long distance with plenty of time to sniff and explore.

It's relaxed — some people run with their dog on a lead, a couple use a canicross-style waist belt, most just figure it out as they go.

Bring water for your dog and good manners, and you're all set.
